along w chipsi, they are the bottom of the top tier (or middle tier depending on how you look at it). between those two it's a toss up - they are definitely below the top 4 but WAY better than all the others. above is right - they are definitely respectable.

not sure (yes i am) why they are getting downvoted, but they are really good. not top with snu, sae, sigchi, ka, but in their own tier with chi psi, and way above the others. they've been on campus forever and have a great history at usc. lots of dmvs, some southerners, some yankees.

downvotes are probably betas and phisigs (is that what they're called?)

If you're a typical tool from NOVA or the mid-atlantic then they're a perfect fit. However if you want to actually join a fraternity with southerners in it then don't go pi kapp lol
