informal spring recruitment

I would say wait until the fall, I rushed this spring because I just couldn't wait, but here's why you should wait.

A lot more bids are handed out in the Fall, In the spring bids are given out only to maintain numbers (those who are graduating or for some reason left)... meaning the number isn't too high. When I rushed there was a fraternity that didn't even participate in informal recruitment.

This is time it's mostly the friends that get the bid. If informal recruitment is anything like it was this year then you'll probably be here for a week before it begins. Can you get to know people that quickly? probably not.

Just wait.
