SAE - One of the most well connected and liked frats on campus. Know a lot of girls and have some of the biggest functions when they have them.////////
Sigma Chi - Probably the overall most active fraternity if you consider socials as well as philanthropy. Their dues are super steep so they have money for a lot of well planned activities/functions.///////
Sigma Nu - They're chill as sh^t and all tight with each other and hang with some hot girls. Not super outgoing and social but they chill sack//////
KA - Such a close knit like-minded group of dudes. Have each others backs and know a lot of girls cause they're a lotta hometown dudes//////
Chi Psi - Always doing something social whether it's a house pregame or renting a bar out. Lotta money and the designer of GV was chi psi so their house is the nicest///
Pi Kappa Phi - A lot like Chi Psi in that they have a lot going on socially and girls like them because they're hubby type guys with good grades and stuff.
Phi Sig - Super super chill and have a decent amount of mixers/socials. Have a house in GV temporarily which is a benefit.
Beta - Get great grades and have a looot of members who are all very diverse. Well behaved guys that wont haze you/get you in trouble.
AEPi - Maybe most socially prominent frat outside the village, lots of money and parties plus they're well connected.
ATO - Making big efforts to come up big. Under close watch by nationals but they have their support. Social for an off campus frat.

GV is really central to the experience at USC, if you're not joining a GV house joining one that will get their house back (Sig Ep, ATO) or has committed to building one (Beta, Fiji) makes the most sense. AEPi is making it work in the similar mold to Pike but I'm not sure Phi Kap, Theta Chi, TKE or Phi Sig (next year when they loose their house) can pull it off.
