sig ep ever getting their house back?

So if im not mistaken the green house next to Chi Psi in the village actually belongs to sig ep who got outed about 5 years ago via a "membership review". My only question is why haven't they gotten the house back yet?

Currently Alpha Gamma Delta is leasing the house. Their lease ends fall 2016. Sig Ep will get the opportunity to get the house back if they have enough members. AGD is supposed to build in second half of new greek village..... if they ever actually break ground on it....
