Nobody cares about the order within tiers KA, Pi Kapp and Chi Psi are all great and all kinda different. KA is slightly more exclusive probably but between the three they're all held in the same regard it just depends on who ya ask or what you like.

The sad thing is that a bunch of sorry ass lambdas actually think this. I actually feel genuinely sorry for the kids that decide to join lambda next year and I find out that 95% of the guys in lambda are just weirdos who couldn't join real fraternities when beta was in their house

put chi psi ahead of pi kapp and then this list is right. Also the gap between Beta/PhiSig and the lower frats cannot be overstated, they are a lot better

As much as people like to joke ato and phi kapp are a good pledge class away from being good frats, they simply need about two or three years of solid pcs before sororities call them decent. There is a gap from 6 to 7 but 8 to 9 is like varsity to jv

yall have stupid expectations of what a fraternity is to say this. If you fit in with Phi Kapp or ATO then they're easily as good as the rest of the frats. Just because dumb freshman girls ride some frats D's because they think it's cool doesn't really mean anything.

The "bottom tier" fraternities are still all dope and filled with good dudes.

I get your point, if you fit in and its good for you do it. But acting like they are the same is a blatant lie. They have worse parties with less attractive girls. They go on worse trips and have worse tailgates.
