yeah they own it and will be back in it when it's all done.

I think they're still trying to get back in it before that so they aren't gonna rent it out just yet but from what i've heard the school isn't backing down

Waiting on the school to see if they get it back for fall or spring.

the school suspended them from campus for 5 years and an appeal they filed was promptly refused. From what I hear they didn't want to lease the house because they didn't want the school to think they could benefit financially or otherwise by moving a new frat inside of it.
