sorority recruitment
by: stressedi'm planning on rushing this fall and a lot of people have told me that it's really hard to get a bid. i'm not picky about which house i get in (tiers don't matter i just want to find my fit), but at the same time i don't wanna get my hopes up if getting a bid really is that competitive. is it?

Getting a bid is NOT hard here like it is at some other schools-- USC is not Alabama. As long as you "maximize your options" (your pi chi's will explain) then you are pretty much guaranteed a bid. Last year 85% of the people that started out doing formal recruitment got a bid, and that doesn't even reflect those that dropped of their own accord so it may be around 90-95%

OH! Disclaimer: If your high school GPA is below a 2.75 you will have a hard time getting a bid, but other than poor grades nothing else will really make it difficult.
