What I mean is Kappa Sig might not want to agree to let - say Phi Kap for an example - use their house for 5 years just in case they try to appeal in three years and end up having the abillity to come back on campus but not be able to get into their own house.

Beta's lease was up and Lambda Chi will be reclaiming that house. No one has determined what will happen with Kappa Sig's house. They may be holding off on solidifying a lease because they're still trying to negotiate a less strict sentence than a 5 year ban, which is pretty fricking brutal. They may also not rent it out to anyone just so the university can't get their way
