fraternity need to know

SAE Sigma Chi SNU are all too and hard to get into if you don't know people. Great socials but SNU is more chill
KA is not quite top but still super exclusive only behind because of very strict probation so socially Struggle some
Pi Kapp and Chi Psi are good guys from up north and DC and are well respected and have good social scenes
Beta and Phi Sig are middle tier fraternities that get the remaining good guys and have some weird ones mixed in. Decent social scenes.
The rest of the fraternities are just a hot mess of random mostly weird guys that in my opinion just aren't worth joining becuase of their social scene and budgets.

The others may not be as good, but I'd rather be in a bottom tier frat than a geed. Hundreds of kids won't get bids to any of these so they will go to the weirder less fun fraternities that mix with less fun and attractive girls but at least the can still party

Phi Kappa is moving up hard. They picked up the Pike spring pledges. Are definitely jumping up into Pike's slot.
