phi kapp is tight. Pretty much all the kappa sigs and pike kids are totally probably going to join. Skulls are middle tier

Just because they aren't as popular doesn't mean they don't exist/ have some better than others. Rushees should know ato is way better than TKE. Not everyone can join one that "matters"
