by: PNMHow do cuts really work during recruitment in terms of percentage of PNMs cut? Do ADPi and other top chapters really cut more than half of the PNMs after first round? Thanks

Actually, the better a house typically does in rush (historic trends), the more girls they cut. They don't decide to cut them, FSL tells each house how many girls they're allowed to invite back. So just using random numbers, a house that does better in rush may be allowed to invite 800 girls back for a round whereas one that doesn't do as well may be allowed to invite 1000 back, they'd just be scheduled for two extra parties. This helps the mutual selection system exist.
Don't worry about the intricacies, just be yourself and try to have good conversations and the rest will fall into place.
