So I'm a Pi Phi legacy going through rush, and I'm kinda confused on how rush is gonna work since they don't have a house. Can someone please fill me in? Thanks!

From my understanding they'll use a frat house and recruitment will be the same as the others. The only difference comes after recruitment because there will be no house or meal plan for the members.

I've heard the expansion is moving forward, but waiting on permits from the city of Columbia, but if that happens quickly then yes new houses will be built.

That being said, don't count on a house being up and running next year. There will be a wait.

they will not have their own house for years. because they are too stubborn to take one tats already there and they want to build their own. and also just because you are a legacy doesn't mean youre even going to like them,, they are super new and kinda suck rn
