This is dead on. So accurate I guarantee weak fraternity will come on and say "totally written by X" and "switch my bad fraternity with a much better one and this is accurate"

Sigma Chi - SAE are the same

KA and Sig Nu are a little ahead of PiKapp/ChiPsi but within those two groups of two the frats are the same

I might be inclined to say ATO is making more moves than SigEp/AEPi will anytime soon

For the rushees this is a perfect list. After #8 is a huge drop off in quality. Stick to the top 8 if you wanna have actual fun

The real drop off is after 6. That's when it goes upper tier to lower tier and you get into the frats without permanent houses/temporarily homeless ones and they don't have the same presence

The top 8 are where you should look 9-13 could be getting better but it's a gamble. But very very good ranking right here
