kappa sig house

I was downtown talking to a buddy in Chi Psi, his roommate is a phi kappa sig and this kid was under the wholesome impression that Phi Kapp was going to get the KSig house. I find that hard to believe. What's everyone else's thoughts on this load of crap?

k sig's alum are going to pay the mortgage on the house so it remains in their possession. they will leave it locked up and empty before it goes to someone else.
