I lived in cola hall last year and our hall had a bunch of different sorority and fraternity members on it and not one of them ever thought phi mu was better than kappa ever. I'm confused why people keep ranking phi mu higher?

no one really cares. whoever ranks phi mu higher than kappa can do so. both are pretty similar and almost on the same level. so, in reality it doesnt really matter, theyre both pretty nice middle tier sororities... the end.
