Kappa Sigma
Incident: 10/20/14
Resolved: 5/16/15
Charges:
Hazing – Responsible
Dangerous Behaviors – Responsible
Alcohol Related Misconduct – Responsible
Failure to Comply – Responsible
Sanctions:
Suspension for a period of 5 years
Conduct probation, upon return to campus, for a period of 1 year
Completion of initial educational program requirements upon return from suspension
Note: National organization closed the organization on 11/14/14

Also I'm assuming suspension means they're still allowed to operate because this is what it says for DTD:

In conjunction with the Greek Conduct Board and National Organization Staff the organization has been closed until Fall 2018.

What does resolved mean in this sense? Disbanded? It's a past tense verb and yet the date is May 16, 2015. The future

What it means is that the school doesn't care if they have a national charter or not - they aren't allowed in their house, can't do rush officially and are not recognized as a fraternity in the schools eyes. They will not be able to have mixers, participate in homecoming, etc.

In other words Kappa Sigs are geeds now
