I'm in either kd, adpi or ddd and all i'm saying is i don't see why "mifd-atlantic" fraternities aren't considered top tier when the top tiers don't have any mixers or do anything. If you ask me Pi Kapp >>> KA and Sig Nu. Even SAE doesn't do much
