when do lambda/beta/sig ep get their houses back?

I've heard it's harder than it seems to get back into a house especially if you're short on members

To answer your question, Lambda get's their house back in the fall. I believe sig ep has another 2 or 3 years until they get theirs back (if they do). And for some reason I doubt Beta will ever get theirs back.

Beta doesn't own a house. Lambda and ATO are taking there's back in the Fall. AGD still has 2 more years on their lease so Sig Ep has to wait them out.
