sorority rush as a soph

i am coming to usc next fall but i will be a sophomore transfer. i want to go through recruitment but i am worried i won't get a good house since i won't know anyone and ill be older. will it be hard to get in a good house. i want to meet a lot of people or will it be weird since i am a year older than everyone else?

I transferred here as a sophomore last fall and went through formal recruitment. I had no troubles and ended up with my top choice and I could not be happier! Don't let the fact that you're a sophomore scare you, I know so many people that rushed as sophomores (both transfers and nontransfers) and they are all very happy with their houses!
