agree with you and sorry not sorry. pi phi should be in their own bottom tier. not to say that they are "bad".

I think it's more like...in alpha order
ADPi/AXO/XO/ZTA
DDD/KD
DZ/KKG?PhiMu
AGD/Gphi/PiPhi
Reasoning...DDD and KD have gotten just decent pledge classes the past few years while XO has gotten good classes. DDD even had to give Snap bids twice. One pledge class doesn't move you up or down, but several bad ones do.

ddd and KD are amazing andhabe been and continue to be. ZTA and axo have really killed it lately but have been established for years as well. and ADPi is well, adpi.
there is no way xo belongs above kd and ddd. they have had a horrendous PC for the last couple years and no longer belong in the same conversation with the other five.
