FSL still has to give the chapters the new quota. It will either be raised and if thats the case, almost each chapter will have to take at least a few girls. Often its anywhere between 2-10. But if the vote is against raising the quota, only the above sororities will most likely participate. Except for Pi Phi who already finished their recruitment.

The vote was to lower the quota from the ridiculously high one that was set in the fall (380) to something around 340 because the quota was set higher than campus average, which is not something that should have happened-- a big mistake on FSL's part. I don't know if that's been voted on yet though, it definitely hadn't been as of the 1st. So take a look at the fall 2014 grade report on the FSL website (sa.sc.edu/fsl and click the about tab) and look for chapters under 340 and they will be doing it no matter what.
