can i rush again in the fall as a sophomore/junior

So I just transferred into the university less than 2 weeks from a small college and decided to rush. I wasn't ready and had little idea what rushing entailed, but I want to rush again.

I'm a first semester sophomore and I know rushing as a sophomore is okay... but if I take summer courses I'll be a junior in the fall. My graduation date is 2018 though... Can/should i rush as a junior?

Lots of people rush as juniors, I did, andI live my sorority. That said, there are some houses that will drop you because of your status. So have an open mind. If you aren't graduating till 2018 why not call yourself a sophomore?
