We will have to see who can supply the cash to beat them out. Otherwise they both are strong enough fraternities that they will build in the next year or two.

Beta is out, however Phi Sig will be out of ATO's house Fall of 2016. They have one more year. If Pi Phi doesn't get Kappa Sig's house, it will be Beta's barring some unforeseen circumstances

but Beta and Phi Sig are out at the end of the Spring semester unless they can beat Pi Phi to Kappa Sig's house.
