So the question of whether I'll rush Beta or not is if they will have a house in Fall 2015

As of right now they won't, but they could get Kappa Sigs house if pi phi doesn't.

If you're choosing a fraternity based on wether or not they have a house, no one wants you. I can already tell that you won't get a bid from any house. Beta won't even want your lame αss.
