can someone explain the process of spring recruitment? I submitted a resume but what comes next?

If a chapter is interested, they will contact you! Give it time :] Events will probably happen late January/early February. A lot of chapters don't know if they have to participate in Spring Rush yet because of totals not being sure with members graduating, dropping, etc.

Do we include a picture in our resume like they had to during fall recruitment?

The website implies professional resume, so probably not. The reason they ask for pictures in the fall is that there are so many girls rushing, and one active in a sorority could talk to 20 or more PNMs in one day and pictures can help refresh their memory/ connect a name to a conversation
