Depends on what you're looking for, Phi Mu is more involved and hang out with a variety of fraternities than Kappa but Kappa is more chill and laid back and stick to lambdas. Both have quality girls.

Idk what you're talking about when you say we stick to lambdas.. We did homecoming with them if that's what you're referring to.
