KA- old money
Sigma Chi- dady's money
SAE- southern rich guys
SNu- same as SAE
Chi Psi- northern money
Beta- actually has a big budget
Pi Kapp- decent budget
Pike- off campus so big social budget
Phi Sig- head they struggle some

And when all is said and done, money is what matters. You have money and connections, you have more power and a stronger/more beneficial brotherhood. That being said I think SAE has more money than KA and Beta has more than Chi Psi.

Sigma Chi is easily the wealthiest, they have a good couple billionaires. Chi Psi has more money than Sig Nu due to NoVA kids and rich northerners. Sig Nu doesn't have the goods that SAE/KA/SigChi has as far as old southern money goes but otherwise this list is right. Just move Sig Nu around Pi Kapps level and put Pike under Chi Psi cause they have a lot of loaded kids from the north too. Northern money is greater than southern money most of the time to be honest. A lot of money in South Carolina is half as much in NoVA/NYC/Boston but KA/SAE/Sig Chi definitely have a bit more than the northern fraternities cause they ca recruit kids with big wallets straight from expensive prep schools in the area.
