Kappa Sig gets to stay in for now. They might appeal the eviction so we'll see.

10 years down the road I'll be shocked if any fraternity at USC is on campus, none want to be, but have to be. The way this school is going, every fraternity will eventually want to leave the village and it'll be sorority village. That's the facts, not only at our school but everywhere. You hear about a new fraternity kicked off across the USA everyday, it'll only get worse.

After that tangent, if Pi Phi gets it from Kappa sig, they'll take it and have first priority, until their own house is created when phase 2 finally does come about.

One of the new sororities or fraternities that uscfsl is keeping on a leash.

10 years from now, the oldest houses on campus will haver existed for 15 years and the will be full of ... well, you know.

It's all about funds. Look how large the pledge classes were this year. The reason was about bringing in more money not about being less exclusive.
