You're right. xo has major issues while dz is overall doing great. If dz is able to filter a little better y'all are maybe even above xo in this day and age.

Seriously, stop trying to make KD look like a bunch of self rankers. KD is great...just not greater than at least 4, if not 5, other chapters.
I do agree about Phi Mu though.

Adpi and zta are top, up for debate.
ddd, axo, ddd, and kd are all great, also up for debate.
xo is not with any of those. They are, however, currently better than dz and kappa ----- FOR NOW. don't hold your breath.

And if it wasn't for the fact DZ takes a considerable amount of questionable looking pledges everywhere I think they could easily be comparable to XO. Maybe not quite on the same teir, but comparable. DZ hasnt done much to improve themselves over the past few years but they've remained a solid upper tier and XO only keeps dropping.
