I don't think anyone is really interested in answering our questions, everyone wants to fight over the tiers 😒

Probably not until after break. All of the sororities are just transitioning in their new executive boards now, and there's still a lot to prepare/ numbers to look at to see if houses need to participate or not. Events will probably be in late January/ I'd imagine you'd be contacted maybe a week beforehand.
