spring resume!
by: Spring RushHi! This might be a dumb question, but what are sororities looking for in the resumes this spring? On the website, it says to include GPA, major, and extracurricular activities in addition to contact info. What are the most important components of this? I would love love love to be in Phi Mu or AXO so I'm hoping they participate!

GPA is EXTREMELY important. Some houses have national rules that they can't recruit below a certain GPA. Just let your resume be both professional and a reflection of who you are. Most sororities are looking for girls that will be involved in both campus and in their chapters, so putting your extracurriculars is important too. Leadership is also a pillar of Greek Life, so if you've had any leadership experience put that, as well as community service if you have a history of volunteer work.
If you have an objectives section on your resume, don't forget to update it. "Seeking a sisterhood that will... (insert what you want from sorority life).."
Basically your regular resume should be fine.
