Well I joined Pi Phi but dropped because we didn’t do anything. I dropped before I got initiated so can I still do spring rush??

Sorry, you have to wait one calendar year after your bid. (They're not strict to the date though, just the "season") so you'll have to wait until Fall Recruitment.
