fraternity rankings that dont suck

everyone needs to just take a chill pill for a moment. we all know how the fraternities stack up actually. you gotta have money, ya gotta have a house, and ya gotta throw fun things.

TOP: SAE SNu Sigma Chi
Upper Middle: Pi Kapp Chi Psi KA
Middle: Pike Beta Phi Sig
Lower: ATO AEPi Phi Kapp Lambda
Joke: TKE Sig Ep TDX DU Theta Chi

Those are in order in the tiers. KA sucks and everyone knows it. they just cling to their money. Pike is good even know they don't have a house and is the only one that is so. ATO is not good they just got back and have no house and no money just give em some time. Anything below Phi Sig is gonna probably stay there unless someone gets kicked off. this is just the way things are. Middle tier and up are the good ones to join.
