ka and kappa sig?

How can you not add kappa sig and ka to top tier? Yes KA is on social probation and kappa sig just got kicked off (still have an appeal and kyle caprenter) but they have so many house parties at off campus houses and tons of girls go. Being recognized by the school does not make a fraternity removed from top tier. They are still top because people like them. The top order of things is: 1. SAE 2. Ka 3. kappa sig 4. sigma nu

Kappa Sigs are awesome and they were a great fraternity. I'm sure they're making a good effort currently to still make their presence felt and they'll always have parties. However not being able to have any pledges or functions and not being a fraternity here anymore bar them from being ranked.
As for KA, they're pretty hated across the board and will never get off probation. They're such a small group of guys and you never really hear about them except when it's for something sleezy.
Sigma Chi is definitely top.
Tier 1: SAE SNU SigChi
Tier 2: KA Chi Psi Pi Kapp Pike
Tier 3: Beta Phi Sig AEPi
Tier 4: The irrelevants
