KA is considered top - Yes they are dbags and have a lot of enemies but they come from good areas and therefor have the most connections and have the biggest network down here.

The middle tier fraternities don't need to separate themselves into two tiers. That is why it's the middle tier. Some of them are still great (Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, Pike) but the less reputable ones aren't quite as so (Beta).

Phi Sig is also pretty underrated, they do a lot with Zeta and there are a lot of cool guys in it. They just don't have the type of legacy, connections and national rep that say SAE or Sig Nu has.

As for the Chi Psi/Pi Kapp thing it really is just preference I think most people put Chi Psi ahead by a little but I also know lots of girls that like Pi Kapp and hate Chi Psi.

As for Beta, we all know they're the joke on GV but they do run their house well because they're all smart guys. They have their role in the village and I'm sure they'll figure out their housing situation
