What is a good GPA if you are rushing as a sophomore? I'm a freshman now and my first semester GPA isn't too great. What should I aim for before recruitment next summer?

I know my sorority will make cuts within the first round to most of those who have below a 3.0. Not too sure about the others!

I'm a sophomore that rushed this year! Mine was a 3.0-something and I got dropped from literally about half the houses after the first round. I think the sorority average here is around 3.4? This chart is really useful!: sa.sc.edu/fsl/files/2014/06/FSL-Report-Spring-2014-Final.pdf
