You can only rush one house during spring recruitment. Knowing girls in the house could help you, especially if they know you're interested in going through spring recruitment. However you don't need to know someone. Email your resume to that email and they'll share it with the houses doing spring recruitment. Houses interested in you will get in contact with you.
