md kid with southern history

by: md

Hey guys,

If I'm a maryland kid with a southern history- meaning I lived in South Carolina and Florida as well at one point.

Will a fraternity really cross me off the list for being from Maryland? I'm looking at rushing the so called fantasic 4 as well as chi psi.

I have a southern feel to me, I definitely dress the part and dip, so on. Love the south.

What's your thoughts?

Yeah. Maryland is considered north to people from south carolina. Snu sae and ka probably won't give you much consideration. Ka kinda sucks though so

isn't exactly in the North. I mean it's still south of the Mason-Dixon Line, and people from Maryland aren't true Northerners. It's kind of like Oklahoma in that it doesn't exactly fall into either region completely but is culturally more similar to it's Southern neighbors. I guess South Carolina is the Deep South, and I'm from Texas west of I-35 so I have a bit more of a loose view of "Southern".
