The top is pretty accurate. Along with Chi Psi and Pi Kap at that next level. I'd put a bigger space between that mid level and the Pike, Phi sig, beta level. I'd move beta up with pike and Phi Sig maybe do it.

Phi Sig = Beta (you can argue one over the other they're both where they are for different reasons)
