Totally on point... I don't agree with the theory of "lower top" or "upper middle" but I like the equal comparison of axo/kd and pikapp/chipsi... equals depending on who you ask (personally I'd go axo and pi kapp, but others might not)

DU took a 22 man fall class and they aren't total scrubs. Have to move them up one tier not the worst of the worst anymore. More like lower middle or top of the bottom.

This is 100% accurate frat wise. Chi psi will probably say they are top tier but that is not the case.

Sorority wise it is also accurate but axo ahead of kd probably. xo definitely on the outside looking in.
