Leave pi phi alone. Yes, they are terrible and embarrassing and one of the worst sororities here, but they don’t deserve this crap.
Just bc they have a strong nationals doesn’t mean they will ever be good at a school where other strong nationals (and even some that aren that super strong, national) and local fantastic chapters are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far above. Maybe one day!!!!

No I dont think they will be. Once they lose their house back to Sigma Chi their recruitment will go way down hill. They wont be able to compete because they will be the only one without a house. Alpha Xi got lucky because ATO owns their house and wont be back for a LONG time and SX is already back

Rumor has it that no one from the underground sigma chi got a bid for their rechartering, making them basically them same as DTD, not getting that house anytime soon

That doesnt matter lol....the alumni own the house. It still freaking has a sigma chi plaque on the front. They have a pre-determined lease of 5 years. If they have a bunch of goobers they'll still get it. That's what the alumni would rather have in the house anyway. it's less of a liability.

I think pi phi has been working really hard and putting in a lot of effort to recruit girls that will move them to middle tier, and they’re doing a really good job of it. However the comment that someone made about sigma chi taking back their house is a good point and could totally break all of their hard work
