transfer rush

Hey guys! So I am planning on transferring here in the fall as a junior. I didn’t rush at my old school because I knew I was going to transfer so I wanted to wait out. I’m not too focused on rankings/etc. I just want to know if it’s worth a shot to rush as a transfer?
