What's the deal with Phi Mu? All the Phi Mus I know are really nice and really pretty. What makes them mid-tier?

No. Phi Mu will always be mid tier as long as they continue to be the catty, status-obsessed group of girls they are. That has nothing to do with "old row stupidity".

Phi Mus only care about themselves. I agree with #2. They are catty and status obsessed. Their sisterhood is lacking. I know a girl that cried when she found out her bid was from them last year.
