you're pretty close for the sororities but you are out of your mind on the frats.

Going into the Fall here's how they rank.

KA, Sigma Nu, SAE
Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi
Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, Pike

(huge gap)

DTD, Beta, Phi Sig,

(even bigger gap)

AEPi, Phi Kappa, LXA, DU, TDX

I know but if you think about it KA doesn't really talk to anyone other than like tri delt and KD, they're really exclusive so I didn't put them top, even though they are an awesome frat

Also, how does the fact that KA is Kappa Alpha Order make them not a fraternity? There are several NIC fraternities that don't even have Greek letters.

Things have changed and XO and AXO are moving up, but I still don't think they're top yet

the core 4 are still going to be top tier in everyone's minds just because that's how it's been for so long but yeah last years pledge classes definitely proved that some houses in the core 4 need to step it up again because riding on old reputations won't last

I'll give chi omega the credit in saying that they are definitely getting strong girls and moving up. However AXO still is middle tier by all means, you literally never hear about them. KD is maybe getting a little bit less popular but DDD and ADPi are as strong as ever.
