Do the top houses usually have their bid lists made before rush? What percentage of the bid lists do you think are pretty much predetermined and compiled of girls they already know coming in?

that doesn't make any sense pledge classes have over 100 girls on average... they obviously need to meet you. yes, sororities may have some girls in mind they want but having an entire pledge class predetermined is absolutely untrue.
