Not bad, them and ATO will be middle tier and back to normal in a year or so. Way above the scrubs in TKE, DKE, Phi Kapp, DU, FIJI, etc.

Still wondering why they have a house in greek village... I don't think I've met a single one that I would put outside the group of "didn't have much success in high school but wanted to join a fraternity". Also very quiet on the social scene

big drop after upper middle tier (kappa sig, pi kapp, chi psi) then pike then little drop then these guys. waaaaaaaaay better than any of the off campus houses, phi sigma whatever and obviously pike. probably on par with the new ato.
