Chi O is truly one of the best all around sororities here. Don't listen to the haters that try to bring a great sorority down. They have def. moved up to top tier after last year's pledge class. Smart, sweet, pretty, and classy girls. They actually like each other too and have a great actual sisterhood. Some people are just jealous.
