SigEp’s adoption of alcohol-free rules for the chapter house means that social events with alcohol are going to be hosted off-site, at third-party venues which are more safe and indeed are more fun for brothers and guests than stereotypical fraternity house parties.

"Top mid tier" but everyone on campus hates them except for the groups of girls they hang out with. Not sure how their future will last because they are dry now. Bunch of wealthy guys with rich dads. Don't get me wrong, some of the guys are great. But most of them carry themselves in an incredibly douchey way and they give themselves the "stereotypical frat douche" vibe to themselves and the entire Greek system.
