chi phi/ka merger??

Hearing some whispers of a chi phi ka merger? Anyone got anything on that?? I guess it kind of makes sense. Leave it to chi phi to surrender their house to the most destructive guys on the hill. Anything for a few more pi phi parties this year! smh. they'll be the next to go.

I feel like this wouldn't work. The parties would be too packed. They'd get in trouble in 2 seconds. Chi Phi wouldn't surrender there house to party a little more with Pi Phi and KD. Like if anything, they'll fill the void KA is leaving without merging.

Pretty sure Chi Phi parties with Pi Phi and KD already doesn’t seem like this would make any sense

KA will not be merging in with anyone - not accretive.

Need synergies to make merger work. Just don't see a groom for this bride or others. Likely to lose 2 more houses in first semester given PIKE boot rationale.

With so fewer houses there will be more potential pledges for all houses to share (unless frosh get nervous about greek life surviving).

Given the past mergers (fewer houses and house changes) I believe the remaining houses want to control their futures and build their houses from their own pledge classes.
