Apparently theta is actually big house but you’d never know because frats always cancel on them because maybe 10% of their house shows up to parties. It’s the same tired girls who show up to events

Literally only 15 girls MAX 20 girls will ever go out to a scheduled party. This is why most frats don’t want to party with you. You literally have like 60 girls in your sorority and most don’t ever go out. You need to fix this. Closed parties with Theta are also a pain, a waste of alcohol. You girls have potential, just change up your rules and make sure there’s a quota on going out. Why else do you think Phi Delt doesn’t want party with you guys anymore.

Get one more decent pc and stop partying with only one or two frats and you’ll start to rise. Also show up to stuff on the schedule otherwise ppl will keep canceling on you
